This 4-hour course provides chiropractors with a practical, evidence-informed framework for classifying and managing low back pain (LBP) based on movement patterns, pain behaviors, and clinical findings. Using six primary subgroups – focused on mobility deficits, instability, directional bias, and pain types – clinicians will learn to evaluate and treat LBP more effectively. The course includes lecture, discussion, and clinical case integration.

Session 1 covers low back pain (LBP) with Mobility Deficits; LBP with Instability; and Flexion-Biased LBP.

Session 2 covers Extension-Biased LBP; LBP with Radiating Symptoms; LBP with Generalized Pain; and Clinical Integration & Case Applications.
