Dr. Julie Johnson

Dr. Julie Johnson is a faculty clinician and assistant professor at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, where she founded Palmer’s Military Care Program in 2004. For over two decades, the program has provided complimentary chiropractic exams, care, imaging, and rehabilitation to active-duty soldiers, qualifying veterans, and their dependents, across both Palmer campus locations in Davenport, Iowa and Port Orange, Florida, delivering more than $6 million in in-kind services to date.

A dedicated advocate for military health, Johnson was appointed Army Reserve Ambassador for Illinois in 2018 and is currently serving her second term. She also holds the role of Illinois State President for the Association of the United States Army and has presented at national and international conferences.
